Egregor is composed of 9 nationalities. It is a highly skilled and diverse team with experience in INGOs, government, research, the private and the philanthropic sectors. It consists of four guiding bodies, which function on a transparent and democratic ‘checks and balances’ system.
Composed of 5 recognized professionals, the Board is responsible for the general management of Egregor, and is a decision-making and supervisory body. In particular, it is the Board’s responsibility to approve the strategic direction of Egregor and to make effective decisions on the conduct of Egregor’s operations.
The Executive Committee’s complementary yet diverse backgrounds, expertise, and extensive network set Egregor apart as a unique organization that provides innovative solutions.
The combination of thematic, managerial, and operational expertise, along with geographic knowledge, allows us to approach collaborative partnerships differently. Our team’s interpersonal and communication skills enable them to work efficiently and sensitively with people from different cultures.
Egregor’s parliament is a direct democracy tool that oversees strategic decisions made by the Executive Committee. It also provides a space to share innovative ideas and foster collaborations within the Egregor community. The parliament assembles a network of donors, pro bono partners, supporters, and other actors involved in Egregor’s journey. Its membership expands organically every year as Egregor grows and evolves. It is, for now, notably composed of Egregor’s Ambassadors such as Arnaud Flecchia and Myriam Vander Elst, as well as the Egregor’s Association Board Members such as Alioune Tine and Antonin Leonard.
The Ethics and Justice Committee is composed of top-level senior profiles whose professional and social engagements are aligned to Egregor’ vision and values. The track record of their professional experiences and the high value standard they have demonstrated throughout their career hold Egregor accountable with its charter of ethics and its vision.
